We achieve this goal by assigning a Surveillance Agent (A2) to every asset we service. A2 is responsible for weekly reporting on the condition, sales, marketing efforts and valuation of each asset.  Our high touch outsourcing solution provides several additional QC steps which dramatically increase performance levels throughout the REO life cycle.  And because an agent must act as an A2 before they can be a KeyLink Listing Agent, the process also acts as an effective training and grading platform. The unique “Dual Assignment” process provides us with more data and analysis than any other REO outsourcer, allowing us to properly price your assets right the first time.
