  1. We provide 2 expert and unbiased opinions of value to make sure your assets are listed at full market value while still stimulating strong interest and multiple offers.

  3. KeyLink has engaged a national lender to ensure that all potential buyers are properly screened and pre-qualified at the servicers request.
  4. Because of our strong background in asset management and disposition, we know that REO Managers, Team Leads and Asset Managers have monthly goals to fulfill. Therefore, we insist that accepted contracts have closing dates prior to the 25th of each calendar month.
  5. For 5 CONSECUTIVE days prior to the closing date, KeyLink will deliver closing status to the Asset Manager and/or the REO Manager.
  6. Extensive Pre-Marketing procedures ensure that the listing is highly anticipated prior to listing date.
  7. We control the MLS and communicate with the buyers and/or their agent directly.

Internal Management Platform

  1. Our Internal Management Platform allows us to manage the entire REO property life cycle, from occupancy to closing. The system provides quick, at-a-glance views of property, occupancy (CFK, eviction, and personal property), BPO, monthly marketing reports, listing history, offer details, notes, and fees.
  2. We can track and maintain all key client contact information, record all client business rules and guidelines to integrate seamlessly with each property, consistently keeping us one step ahead of our client's needs.
  3. We effectively track our vendors including all key contact data, documents, dates and dollars associated with the organizations we engage to assist us in the marketing and management of your assets. We categorize them by the type of service each vendor provides, accurately grading each vendor based on performance.
  4. Our system provides access to nearly every data field associated with our clients, vendors, and properties; the reporting tools are limitless.
  5. We completely promote paperless document and photo storage.
  6. Assets can be assigned directly to KeyLink or through one of your current outsourcers. We are familiar with all platforms such as Resnet, Equator, DispoSolutions, LPS, REALTRANS, REO Vendor Manager as well as the several proprietary REO systems that brokers have become accustom to utilizing.
  7. We have the capacity, expertise and capital needed to manage a large number of assets including multi units, rural properties, commercial properties and problem assets.
