Damien started his career in the financial services industry with EDS Financial in 1993 and was quickly named National Sales Director. In 1995 he was named Vice President of Nations Direct where he was responsible for the development of ground breaking settlement procedures and processes that increased volume exponentially. In 2001, Mr. Chiodo founded KeyLink Solutions, a diverse and innovative real estate and finance firm. In 2006, KeyLink began providing REO and other default management services to banks, servicers and lending institutions.


Ty Reed

Ty Reed started his default servicing career in 2002 with GMAC working in the Loss Mitigation department as a Team Lead where his focus was Short Sale and REO disposition. In 2007 Ty Reed took a position at National Default Servicing as VP of Client Management where he oversaw the REO operations for industry giants Wilshire Credit, GMAC, and Fannie Mae. Ty was promoted to REO Director in 2008 where he routinely managed over 10,000 REO assets. Ty Reed Graduated with honors with a degree in Business, Marketing at Chico State University.
